Research on the Design of Business Model for Digital Native Enterprise:Taking Meituan Black Pearl Guide as Example
WANG Ziyang,LUO Junzhi,WEI Wei
Using a single-case longitudinal research approach, this study has utilized Meituan as a representative digital native enterprise and thoroughly investigated the developing process of Black Pearl Guide. From the perspective of designing business model, this study discusses the reason why digital native enterprises form their competitive advantages. The results show that, resources owned by enterprises must be adapted to their business models in order to form competitive advantages. By designing digital native business model, the resources digital native entyerprises have can fit their business models better, while the incumbent enterprises can not quickly adapt to the new business model, which brings competitive advantages for native enterprises. Secondly, due to the replicability and shareability of data resources, the view of analyzing competitive advantages should expand from enterprise to business model. Both the resources owned by the enterprise and gained from trading with stakeholders can from the competitive advantages of an enterprise. Thirdly, based on the view of business model, this study propose a three stage path framework for designing a digital native business model, which provides practical reference for enterprises.

Research on Green Transformation Mechanism of High-Pollution Manufacturing Enterprises Driven by Data——An Exploratory Case Study Based on New Tianjin Steel
From the data-driven perspective, New Tianjin Steel Group is selected as the research object to explore the dynamic evolution process and internal mechanism of green transformation of high-pollution manufacturing enterprises driven by data. The results show that, firstly, the green pressure faced by high-pollution manufacturing enterprises mainly includes regulatory pressure, technological pressure as well as market pressure, and presents dynamic changes at different stages. The data-driven focus of their green transformation shows an evolutionary trajectory of “activation-optimization-reconstruction”. Secondly, the data-driven mechanism in the green transformation of high-pollution manufacturing enterprises mainly includes three key elements: technology combination, data utilization, and scene collaboration. Enterprises continue to improve their digital information technology capabilities through technology combination, fully release the value of data elements through data utilization, and realize energy information sharing through scene collaboration, thereby efficiently helping reduce carbon emissions. Thirdly, on the basis of technical logic and product logic, the enterprise green transformation model based on data logic is extracted.

Research on the Impact of Brokerage WeChat Official Public Account Reports on ESG Performance
CHEN Hongtao,HE Renxiang,GAO Xiaoran,CUI Xu
Under the guidance of public pressure theory and agenda setting theory, and using WeChat official account platform data, this study explores the impact mechanism of brokerage reports on enterprise ESG performance and the moderating role of the number of shareholders. Taking A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2020 as samples, the results of the study indicate that the reports on official account of securities companies have “supervision” effect and “information” effect, significantly improving the ESG performance of enterprises. The increase in shareholder size can amplify the dual effect of brokerage reports on enterprise ESG performance; Among enterprises in non-heavy pollution industries, enterprises with high degree of information asymmetry and enterprises with large scale, brokerage reports play a more significant role in improving the ESG of enterprises.

The Impact of Heterogeneous Environmental Regulation on the Economic Resilience of Carbon-Neutral Enterprises
WANG Shaohua,YANG Zhiwei,ZHANG Wei,ZHANG Shilong
Using panel data of 82 enterprises and 53 prefectures from 2011 to 2019, this study measures formal and informal environmental regulations and the economic resilience of carbon-neutral enterprises. It then empirically tests the linear and nonlinear relationships between heterogeneous environmental regulations and the economic resilience of carbon-neutral enterprises through fixed effects, systematic GMM, mediating effects, and threshold regression models. The results show that the current informal environmental regulations have a “spurring a willing horse” effect on the economic resilience of carbon-neutral firms, which weakens the economic resilience of carbon-neutral firms through signaling effects and financing constraints. The effect of environmental regulations on the economic resilience of carbon-neutral firms shifts from negative to positive as investor confidence increases. Furthermore, the heterogeneity analysis shows that the effects of formal and informal environmental regulations varies across regions.

The Influence Mechanism of Humble Leadership on Employees’ Counterproductive Workplace Behavior under the Perspective of Social Information Processing Theory
JIA Jianfeng,JIAO Yuxin,ZHANG Liteng,LIU Qiuyu
Grounded in the social information processing theory, this study collected data from 308 employees at three time points, and used the hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap method to reveal the influence mechanism of humble leadership on employees’ counterproductive workplace behavior. We then propose a moderated mediation model in which the perceived insider status is the mediator and human resource management(HRM) system strength is the moderator. The results are as follows: Firstly, humble leadership negatively predicts the emergence of counterproductive work behaviors of employees. Secondly, the association between humble leadership and employees’ counterproductive workplace behavior is partially mediated by perceived insider status. Thirdly, HRM system strength reinforces the positive role of humble leadership on perceived insider status. Finally, HRM system strength moderates the mediating effect of employees’ perceived insider status, indicating that the mediating role of perceived insider status is stronger when HRM system strength is higher.

The Congruence Effect of Leader-Member Bottom-Line Mentality on Abuse Supervision
SUN Xu,ZHAO Nan,HE Bin
Based on moral exclusion theory, this study uses polynomial regression and response surface analysis to analyze 313 leader-member pairs in three waves to explore the effect of leader-member bottom-line mentality congruence on abusive supervision. The results show that the more congruent the leader-member bottom-line mentality is, the lower level of deep dissimilarity perceived by supervisor. Under the situation of congruence, compared with the “low-low” combination, the “high-high” combination has a lower level of deep dissimilarity perceived by supervisor; Under the situation incongruence, compared with “high-low” combination, the “low-high” combination has a lower level of deep dissimilarity perceived by supervisor. Leader-member bottom-line mentality congruence has an indirect impact on abusive supervision through deep-level dissimilarity perceived by supervisor. Further, subordinate performance negatively moderates the indirect effect of leader-member bottom-line mentality congruence on abusive supervision through perceived deep-level dissimilarity.

The Impact of Cancelling of the “One-Vote Veto” System for Environmental Protection on Green Innovation
YANG Licheng,LIU Chunlin,TIAN Ling
Using the difference in difference(DID) model, this study empirically evaluates the impact of the cancellation of the “one-vote veto” evaluation system for environmental protection in 2016 on green innovation of regional firms. It is discovered that cancelling the “one-vote veto” system can promote green innovation of enterprises. This study also reveals that the firms in the earlier “just-up-to-standard” regions are more affected by the incentive effect of green innovation brought on by the cancellation of this assessment system. According to the findings of an extension study of institutional response motivation, the proportion of state-owned assets and the level of marketization can respectively have a moderating effect in the impact of cancelling the “one-vote veto” system of environmental protection on firm’s green innovation.

Research on the Impact Mechanism of Network Market Orientations on New Ventures’ Organizational Resilience
MA Hongjia,TANG Sisi,XIONG Li
Based on organizational information processing theory, this study constructs a moderated mediation model to reveal the impact mechanism of network market orientations on the new ventures’ organizational resilience. Taking 317 new ventures in China as samples, the study finds that: network market orientations has a positive impact on new ventures’ organizational resilience. Ambidextrous improvisation mediates the above relationship. Digital technology strengthens the positive relationship between network market orientations and ambidextrous improvisation, and further moderates the mediating effect of ambidextrous improvisation between network market orientations and new ventures’ organizational resilience.
