1105 A Study about the Chinese Entrepreneurship Based on the Grounded Theory Code Analysis of 46 Outstanding Entrepreneur Interview
SU Yong,LI Zhenzhen
Based on the interview materials of 46 outstanding Chinese entrepreneurs and grounded theoretical analysis, this study summarizes the specific connotation of entrepreneurship at the “individual, organization, and society” levels, namely individual characteristics, management mode, and environmental interaction. Besides, it proposes a theoretical framework of Chinese entrepreneurship in the new era, and provides certain theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for exploring the stimulation of entrepreneurial spirit in the local context of China. Specifically, the personal traits at the individual level play the role of value guidance; the management modes at the organizational level have the characteristics of combination of “Tao” and “Shu”, and the environmental interactions at the social level reflect the idea of ecological win-win.

1128 A Study on the Configuration Path of SMEs Organizational Resilience Improvement from the Perspective of Resource Conservation
WANG Guohong,LIN Huan,HUANG Hao,WANG Shuxin
Based on the conservation of resource theory, taking 33 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as case samples, this study uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to explore the mechanism of the configuration effect of seven protective resources at the individual, team, organizational and environmental levels on the improvement of organizational resilience under the impact of COVID-19. The results show that:①managerial resilience is a necessary condition affecting SMEs’ organizational resilience improvement.②The different combinations of antecedent factors form four equivalent paths for SMEs’ organizational resilience improvement, which are further categorized into two types of improvement paths: “internal-external type” and “internal type”. Among them, the “internal-external type” plays a more important role in the resilience improvement of SMEs. ③There is an alternative relationship between the different combination of individual, team, organizational and external environment resources in the “internal-external type”.

1148 Conceptualization and Scale Development of Leader-Member Joint Deviance
WANG Qian,WANG Haijiang,LI Xinxin,GENG Xiaoli
Based on the phenomenon of leader-member collusion in workplace, this study proposed the construct of leader-member joint deviance and developed a measurement scale. Furthermore, a nomological network was constructed to examine the relationship between leader-member joint deviance and antecedents. The results indicate that there are two dimensions of leader-member joint deviance, i.e.,“favoritism” and “partnership destruction”, and the corresponding measurement scale was developed to consist of 2 factors and 10 items. The factor analysis results indicate that the reliability and validity of the newly developed scale have reached the ideal level. In addition, the test of nomological network relationship shows that the subordinates’ Machiavellianism trait is positively correlated with the supervisors’ error risk taking tendency and the preference tendency on the frequency of leader-member joint deviance.

1160 Research on the Influence of Leader Forgiveness on Leader Abusive Behavior from the Perspective of Ego Depletion Theory
ZHANG Junwei,XIE Kun,ZHANG Yajun,WANG Taolin,ZHU Qiquan
In line with ego depletion theory, this study explored the relationship between leader forgiveness and abusive behavior, and examined the mediating role of resource depletion and the moderating effect of self-oriented motives. Using a questionnaire survey method, we find support for our hypotheses in a sample of 94 leaders and 353 subordinates. Results showed that resource depletion mediated the relationship between leader forgiveness and leader abusive behavior. Self-oriented motives moderated the relationship between leader forgiveness and resource depletion, such that the positive effect of leader forgiveness on resource depletion was stronger when self-oriented motives were higher. Additionally, self-oriented motives moderated the mediating effect of resource depletion on the relationship between leader forgiveness and leader abusive behavior, with a stronger effect when self-oriented motives were higher.

1169 Research on the Influence Mechanism of Leader-Subordinate Employee Creativity Evaluation Matching on Bootleg Innovation
According to the personal-environment fit theory, using polynomial regression, response surface analysis and block variable analysis methods, 302 matching data of leaders and subordinates were analyzed to explore the impact mechanism of the match between leader’s evaluation of the employee creativity and employee’s self-evaluation of creativity on bootleg innovation. The results show that, firstly, in the case of evaluation consistency, “high employee’s self-evaluation of creativity-high leader’s evaluation of employee creativity” is better than “low employee’s self-evaluation of creativity-low leader’s evaluation of employee creativity” in terms of stimulating bootleg innovation. Secondly, in the case of inconsistency, “high employee’s self-evaluation of creativity-low leader’s evaluation of employee creativity” can promote bootleg innovation better than “low employee’s self-evaluation of creativity-high leader’s evaluation of employee creativity”. Thirdly, the match of the employee creativity between self-evaluation and the leader’s evaluation indirectly affects bootleg innovation through work autonomy. Finally, the perceived climate of Team Cha-Xu moderates the relationship between work autonomy and bootleg innovation.

1180 Research on the Dynamic Influence of Digital Finance on Green Technology Innovation Under Environmental Regulation
HAN Xianfeng,ZHENG Zhuoji,SONG Wenfei,LI Boxin
Based on the theoretical explanation of how environmental regulation affects digital finance and empowers green technology innovation, this study makes empirical test by using a panel threshold model and provincial level data. The results show that, digital finance has significantly promoted Chinese green technology innovation, and this positive effect has begun to be released significantly with the attention of national level. Environmental regulation can regulate the green technology innovation effect of digital finance positively and dynamically, but low environmental regulation intensity will cause the dividend loss of digital finance empowerment. More stringent environmental regulation strategy is conducive to the incentive effect of digital finance. There are significant spatial differences in the optimal regulation effects of environmental regulations, with the eastern regions and digital economy agglomerations needing to meet much higher environmental regulation intensity constraints than the central and western regions and non-digital economy agglomerations. And although environmental regulation is conducive to the coordinated development of digital finance and green technology innovation, it generally presents the stepped regulation characteristics of “West>East>Central” and “digital economy agglomerations is stronger than non-agglomerations”.

1189 Research on the Impact of Social Credit System Reform on Corporate Green Innovation
QIAO Fei,WEN Wen
Based on the quasi-natural experimental scenario of creating a demonstration city for social credit system construction, this study adopts a multi-period double-differences model with the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2019 to explore the implementation effect of the credit reform pilot from the perspective of green innovation. The results reveal that: the pilot credit reform significantly improves corporate green innovation. In regions with weaker marketization, social credit system reform has a stronger incentive effect on green innovation. Distinguishing the nature of property rights, the positive impact of the pilot reform of the social credit system on green innovation is more pronounced in private enterprises. The mechanism test shows that the pilot reform of the social credit system promotes corporate green innovation by stimulating corporate willingness to innovate, improving environmental information disclosure quality, and reducing financing costs. Further analysis shows that social credit system reform exerts a value-enhancing effect by promoting corporate green innovation.

1198 Research on Questioning Strategy and Matching Strategy to Improve Users’ Effort of Answering in Online Q&A Community
MA Ling,QIU Shuyi,LI Jia
Based on social influence theory and construal level theory, improving users’ effort of answering in online Q&A community is regarded as a persuasive question. This study analyzes the influence of persuasion effect of internalization and identification mechanism on answerers’ effort, and discusses the moderating effect of answerers’ perceived social distance. By using the data of 4 165 answers obtained from “Zhihu” in October 2021, the econometric model is used for empirical test. Results show that sentimental polarity of questions, clarity of questions and questioners’ reputation enhance answerers’ effort, while there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between argumentation structure of questions and answerers’ effort. The closer the social distance is, the more positive the impact on clarity of questions and questioners’ reputation to answerers’ effort is, and the more significant the inverted U-shaped relationship between argumentation structure of questions and answerers’ effort is.

1216 The Impact of Live Streaming on Commercial Flow Input and Channel Selection in Agricultural Product Supply Chains
WANG Wenlong,REN Yue,ZHANG Suxian
Considering the influence of the flow level of live streamer on the demand, the game model of traditional sales channel, traditional sales channel and farmers’ live streamer channel and traditional sales channel and online celebrities’ live streamer channel are constructed to analyze the optimal price and commercial flow, and to explore the influence of parameters such as spill-over effect on the decision-making and profit of each subject. The results show that when the conversion rate of live streaming flow is higher than a critical value, farmers choose to introduce live streaming. When the price competition is weak and the commission rate of online celebrities is large, farmers choose to broadcast by themselves; while when the price competition is strong, farmers choose online celebrities to broadcast. After the introduction of direct seeding, the input of farmers’ commercial flow, wholesale price, direct selling price and retail price of dealers all increase with the enhancement of spill-over effect and price competition, and decrease with the increase of investment cost of live streaming flow level.

1225 Research on Game Model of Firm Competition Based on Cause-Related Marketing Strategy
LIU Jian,WU Xin,TANG Yanqun,ZOU Zihan
Cause-related marketing (CM) has the dual attributes of public welfare and profitability, which is a crucial business strategy for firms. This study establishes a two-firm competition model based on CM strategy, and analyzes the impact of CM strategy on firms’ profits in different cases. Also, we explore the impact of consumer social responsibility (CSR) on the cause behavior of firms, and obtain the range of charitable donations that benefit firms. Our main results are as follows. ①The stronger CSR is, the greater the motivation for firms to adopt CM strategy is. ② Compared with the case where both firms adopt CM strategy, a single firm implementing CM strategy can grab more profits. ③Both firms benefit from CM strategy when the gap in charitable donations remains within a certain range. ④Weak firms are also motivated to provide more charitable donations for social cause compared with strong firms in the market.

1235 Dynamic Pricing of Freight Platform Considering Word-of-Mouth Effect and User Satisfaction
WANG Zhihong,LI Zixin,WU Yi
Considering both unilateral charging strategy and bilateral charging strategy of freight platforms, we construct two-period dynamic pricing models of the duopoly platforms. And we analyze the influence of word-of-mouth effect and user satisfaction on the dynamic game of two freight platforms under different charging strategies. The research shows that no matter which charging strategy is adopted, the pricing of higher word-of-mouth platform will increase with the increase of the word-of-mouth difference between two platforms, the pricing of the two platforms will increase with the increase of user satisfaction; when the user satisfaction is determined, as the word-of-mouth difference increases, the pricing of higher word-of-mouth platform under the bilateral charging strategy increases less than that under the unilateral charging strategy. In addition, in the second period, when the word-of-mouth difference is greater than zero, the number of users of platform with higher word-of-mouth decreases with the increase of user satisfaction under two charging strategies; however, the number of cargo owners under the bilateral charging strategy decrease more than that under the unilateral charging strategy.

1245 Research on the Effect of Common Institutional Ownership on Tone Manipulation of Management’s Annual Report
LIU Jinying,XU Haiwei
This study takes China’s A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2020 as the research samples, and empirically investigates the influence of common institutional ownership on the tone manipulation of management’s annual report. It is found that the ownership of common institutions has a significant inhibitory effect on the intonation manipulation of management’s annual report. The mechanism test shows that the common institution ownership can restrain the tone manipulation of management’s annual report by reducing agency costs, improving the transparency of company information and appointing directors. Among them, the intermediary effect of improving the transparency of corporate information is dominant. The heterogeneity analysis shows that under the situation of high industry competition and state-owned enterprises existing, the ownership of common institutions has a more obvious inhibitory effect on the tone manipulation of management’s annual report.
