1588 A Multi-Case Study on the Influence Mechanism of Digital Entrepreneurial Firms’ Coopetition Strategy on Value Creation from the Resource Perspective
GUO Runping,YIN Haobo,GONG Rong
4 digital entrepreneurial firms are selected to conduct a multi-case study on the mechanism of coopetition strategy affecting the value creation of digital entrepreneurial firms from the resource perspective. The study found that the resource integration of digital entrepreneurial firms includes four methods: outbound resource assistance, outbound resource complementation, inbound resource optimization, and inbound resource bricolage. Coopetition strategy is the strategic foundation to promote the smooth implementation of the resource integration of digital entrepreneurial firms. Coopetition strategy realizes the common value and individual value through outbound resource integration and inbound resource integration, respectively. The common value created by value network members helps to enhance the individual value of digital entrepreneurial firms.

1598 Research on Strategic Change of IT Enterprises Under Entrepreneurial Orientation:A Case Study of Inspur Group
GAI Mingzhe,CHEN Zhijun,WANG Lin
Through the exploratory longitudinal single case study, this study takes Inspur Group as the research object, constructs the strategic transformation path of IT enterprises under entrepreneurship guidance, and summarizes the logic of strategic transformation and organizational structure adjustment. The study finds that, under the orientation of entrepreneurship, IT companies can break through the resource inertia, routine inertia, and cognitive inertia of the organization by integrating different links of the logical chain such as organizational forgetting, organizational improvisation and resource combination;these companies can promote the adjustment of organizational structure to the development of water-like organizations with more external dynamic adaptability, integration, internal toughness, and individual initiative. In addition, the dominant logic of strategic change in different strategic development stages is identified; based on this, a matching strategic change mechanism is designed to realize strategic change.

1617 Theoretical Construction and Exploratory Investigation of the Impact Mechanism of COVID-19 on Enterprises
MA Xifang,JING Runtian,GU Beilei
Considering that the impact mechanism of COVID-19 on enterprises is not very clear, the study draws on and puts forward a four-dimensional theoretical framework of “epidemic attribute, epidemic impact, organizational characteristics and self-rescue capability” in disaster research. Using exploratory data analysis methods, a large-scale questionnaire survey was carried out on the COVID-19 that broke out in Shanghai in 2022, with the theme of “Pain Points and Difficulties of Enterprise Resumption of Work and Production”. Based on 1358 data, the production, operation and self-rescue behaviors of enterprises under the epidemic were analyzed. The injury degree and confidence after the epidemic of enterprises with different nature and within different industries were compared. And the cross-regional comparison among Yangtze River Delta, central and Northeast China were conducted. The results show that:(1)This epidemic has a very serious impact on the Yangtze River Delta, and more than 70% of enterprises had layoff plans.(2)The impact of the epidemic on enterprises has structural differences. The injury degree, self-rescue measures and post-epidemic confidence of different types of enterprises are significantly different. (3)The impact of the epidemic has obvious regional differences. Different regions subject to different institutional environments present heterogeneous vulnerability and countermeasures. Furthermore, based on the logical framework of “research design-data collection-comparative analysis-theoretical summary”, the conclusions are summarized and theoretically explained. Finally, the research puts forward suggestions from enterprise, government, industry and regional levels.

1627 Research on the Influence of Amoral Management on Subordinates’ Unethical Behavior Under the Context of High Competition
REN Lei,LIU Yan,HUANG Qian
Based on goal shielding theory, through a two-stage, 283 supervisor-subordinate matching questionnaire survey and a situational experiment with 203 full-time employees as subjects, this research discussed the effect and psychological mechanism between amoral management and subordinates’ unethical behavior under the circumstance of organizational competitive climate. The results showed that under the situation of a strong organizational competitive climate, amoral management strengthened subordinates’ bottom-line mentality, and subordinates’ bottom-line mentality was positively related to their unethical behavior. Besides, the organizational competitive climate strengthened the indirect effect of amoral management on subordinates’ unethical behavior through bottom-line mentality.

1637 Entrepreneur’s Social Networks, Team Ambidextrous Improvisation and Market Response
XIONG Li,NIAN Pengxiang
Based on the theory of Social networks, through a multi-period questionnaire survey of 136 small entrepreneurial teams (with 592 members) and using M plus software, this study analyzes and explores the external social network driving factors (network strength) of entrepreneurial team ambidextrous improvisation, the effect on market response performance, and the boundary conditions in this process. The results show that the entrepreneur’s external network strength has an inverted U-shaped influence on entrepreneurial team ambidextrous improvisation. Entrepreneurial team ambidextrous improvisation has a positive effect on team market response performance. Besides, the inverted U-shaped indirect relationship between the entrepreneur’s external network strength and market response performance is mediated by team ambidextrous improvisation. Team resource bricolage can moderate the inverted U-shaped relationship between the entrepreneur’s external network strength and ambidextrous improvisation.

1648 Research on the Effects of Employee Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility to Thriving at Work
YAN Aimin,QI Liya,XIE Julan,GONG Zi
Building upon the social embedding model of thriving at work, this study investigates the influence and mechanism of perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) on thriving at work. We conducted a two-wave time-lagged survey gathering data from 331 employees to test our hypotheses. The findings indicate that perceived CSR has a significant positive impact on thriving at work and that job calling mediates the relationship between perceived CSR and thriving at work. Our study further shows that trust climate moderates the relationship between perceived CSR and job calling. Specifically, higher level of trust climate strengthen the positive effects of perceived CSR on job calling. What is more, trust climate moderates the indirect effect between perceived CSR and thriving at work via job calling. Specifically, the mediating role of job calling is stronger in the presence of higher levels of trust climate.

1657 Development of a Chinese Wordlist for Entrepreneurial Orientation Based on Computer-Aided Text Analysis
YU Xiaoyu,CAO Gang,ZHANG Yuli
The use of psychological scales and financial data to measure entrepreneurial orientation(EO) is limited by common method variance and endogenous data, whereas using English-translated Chinese wordlists to analyze Chinese texts has risks such as inaccurate measurements. Based on this, drawing on the previously recommended procedures to enhance construct validity when using computer-aided text analysis(CATA), this study develops a five-dimensional EO Chinese wordlist using CATA, combined with deductive, inductive, and manual text coding methods, and tests the Chinese wordlist’s reliability and validity. The research results show that the EO Chinese wordlist meets the statistical requirements in terms of external validity, reliability, dimensionality, and predictive validity.

Research on Manufacturer’s Recommendation Strategy Considering Service Effort under the Showrooming Effect

Research on Manufacturer’s Recommendation Strategy Considering Service Effort under the Showrooming Effect[J]. Chinese Journal of Management, 2022,19(11): 1683->')" href="#"> WANG Yang,WANG Guoqing
In the dual-channel structure considering the showroom effect and service effort, this study constructs a manufacturer recommendation model using game theory, and explores the role of the showroom effect on price decisions and service effort, and the impact of service type on recommendation strategies. The results show that the showroom effect can inhibit offline service effort, but manufacturers recommending offline channels can increase retailer profits by guiding consumer channel migration and promoting service effort investment. Investing in service effort increases online retail prices, but manufacturers recommending online channels in post-service effort may lower offline retail prices. The retailer’s investment in service effort may be exclusively recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise the manufacturer’s optimal strategy is to recommend both online and offline channels. Numerical example analysis shows that the manufacturer’s optimal recommendation strategy is robust in most cases.

1693 Research on Online Advertising Timing Strategy and Offline Service Incentive Mechanism Based on Principal-Agent Model
LI Xiang,LIU Yue
A game model considering online advertising and contract design is constructed to investigate the impact of different timing decisions on supply chain performance and offline services for the principal-agent behaviors of online retailers in offline experience stores. The study finds that: firstly, the level of upfront advertising by the online retailer is the same as that in the case of information symmetry, and there is a “substitution effect” on fixed payments. The advertising decision of the upfront contract model can be flexibly adjusted according to the contract parameters, thus creating a “differential effect”; secondly, the online retailer’s expected profits are better in the upfront advertising model than that in the upfront contract model, i.e., the “substitution effect” of the former is stronger than the “differential effect” of the latter; thirdly, the supply chain performance is related to the service efficiency of offline experience stores, and when the service efficiency is low, the upfront contract model can make the total profit of the supply chain better.

1703 Cooperative Game and Investment Decision on Continuous R&D of Technological Achievements Driven by Firm’s Technological Demands
WANG Mengdi,GUO Ju’e,YAN Wenjun
In this study, a two-stage decision model in which the firm and the SRT exercise a jointly held real option of investing continuous R&D activities of a technological achievement is provided. The sequence move is the firm and the SRT committing to terms first and then the firm choosing the timing. Then the optimal entry timing and cooperation contract in which both parties can achieve win-win cooperation are derived, and the influence of effort commitments of the SRT and the firm on the optimal parameters are demonstrated. The results show that the higher the effort commitments of SRT and the firm in negotiation, the higher the firm’s optimal investment threshold in the investment decision. When facing different types (differentiated by maturity and relevance of technology) of SRTs, the firm can decide whether to include cash transfer clauses and provide what degree of non-financial innovation support services in the contract to affect the willingness and commitment of SRTs to cooperate, to ensure the cooperation works well and meet the technological needs.

1714 The Impact of Stock Forum Activity on Stock Liquidity
HUANG Can,JIANG Qingshan
Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2020, this study explores the impact of stock forum activity on stock liquidity. The results show that higher stock forum activity can improve the quality of corporate information disclosure, thereby reducing the adverse selection of uninformed traders, which leads to higher stock liquidity. Further research finds that when the company has a better external information environment and investors have more other information channels, the effect of stock forum activity on stock liquidity will be weakened. When investors are more interactive, stock forum activity has a more obvious effect on the improvement of stock liquidity. With the perspective of investor behavior, higher stock forum activity attracts more investors. When investor sentiment is higher and investors are more professional, the effect of stock forum activity on stock liquidity will be weakened.

1725 Consumers’ Algorithm Aversion to AI Products: A Literature Review and Prospect
LI You,LIANG Zhehao,CHANG Yaping
This study systematically reviews the related research on users’ algorithm aversion to artificial intelligence products. The existing literature mainly focuses on the definition and measurement of algorithm aversion, including analyzing the influencing factors of algorithm aversion from algorithm attributes, task types and individual differences, and discussing the mechanism and coping strategies of algorithm aversion. Moreover, they usually propose their own theoretical explanations for algorithm aversion based on self-serving bias, social identity theory and ordinary people theory. Accordingly, in the future, the researches on algorithm aversion can be further expanded from four aspects: the boundary exploration of algorithm aversion, the psychological root mining of algorithm aversion, the coping strategy of algorithm aversion, and the dynamic evolution of algorithm aversion.
