1103 Research on the Evolution Path of Green Agricultural Entrepreneurship Ecosystems Based on Event System Theory: Take New Hope Group as an Example
CHEN Ruiqi,LI Huajing
Based on the event system theory and taking the nearly 40 years of entrepreneurial experience of New Hope Group as a longitudinal case study, the evolutionary path of green agricultural entrepreneurial ecosystems (GAEEs) was explored. The results show that at the start-up stage of GAEEs, the key events originate from the environmental layer, affected by corporate relationship capital. The main influence occurs within the organization, and the degree of vertical diffusion is strong. The entrepreneurial individuals expand to form the entrepreneurial population. At the growth stage, the key events originate from the organizational layer, affected by corporate cognitive capital. The main influence is concentrated within the organization and the industry, with strong horizontal and vertical diffusion. The entrepreneurial population grows into the entrepreneurial community. At the mature stage, the key events originate from the industry level, affected by corporate structure capital. The two poles of the main influence spread to the organizational layer and the environmental layer, with strong horizontal and vertical diffusion and forming a stable green agricultural entrepreneurial ecosystem.

1114 Research on the Trickle-Down Process of Manager Ambidextrous Leadership Behavior in Innovative Enterprises
ZHAO Li,LUO Jinlian,HUANG Yueyue,HU Wenan
Based on the SOR theory and trickle-down model in leadership areas, through semi-structured interviews with 6senior managers and 20 middle managers matched in 6 innovative enterprises, this study adopts the structured grounding technology to deeply explore the context and process of ambidextrous leadership behavior of senior managers trickling down to middle managers. This study finds that: The operation of innovative enterprises presents contradictory situations, including strategic goal contradiction, learning-oriented contradiction, innovative mode contradiction and power structure contradiction; In the face of organizational contradictory situations, senior managers need to demonstrate ambidextrous leadership and play the complementary role of open excitation and close convergence; There is a trickle-down relationship between ambidextrous leadership of senior-middle managers; There are four steps for the trickle-down of ambidextrous leadership: cognitive recognition, perception filtering, consciousness epiphany and meaning enhancement; The process of trickle-down requires middle managers to be capable of variable vigilance, learning absorption, perception remodeling and tolerance balance.

1125 Research on the Impact of Tax Incentives on the Digital Transformation of Resource-Based Enterprises
CHENG Qiongwen,DING Hongyi
From the perspective of “promising government-effective market-aspiring enterprise” collaborative governance, this study explores the impact of research and development(R&D) deductions and tax reductions on the digital transformation of traditional resource-based enterprises, as well as the impact of heterogeneous entrepreneurship and the degree of market competition on the influence mechanism of the effects of preferential policies. The results show that: Firstly, R&D expense deductions and tax reductions can effectively promote the digital transformation of enterprises, but the intensity of deductions and reductions should be at a moderate level which should not be too high. The combination of the two preferential tax policies did not exert the synergistic effect expected by the theory. Secondly, when the innovation and social responsibility spirit of entrepreneur exceed a certain threshold, the deduction of R&D expenses and tax reductions can have significant promotion effects on the digital transformation of enterprises. When the entrepreneur’s environmental spirit index is low, it will inhibit the promotion effects of the two preferential tax policies on digital transformation. Thirdly, when the degree of market competition is low, it will also weaken the promotion effects.

1134 The Effect of Initial Resource Endowment on SMEs’ Available Resources from the Perspective of Imprinting
LI Xiaoxiang,ZHANG Shuhan
According to the imprinting theory, based on the data of 301 technology-based SMEs, this study investigates the relationship between initial resource endowment and SMEs’ available resources as well as the mediating effects of opportunity-seek logic. This study shows that:①initial resource endowment influences SMEs’ available resources. Specifically, scarcity of initial resource expands resource efficiency boundary, while abundance has an inverse-U shaped relationship with resource competence boundary. Initial resource structure consisting largely of absorbed resource expands resource power boundary. ②Opportunity-seeking logic plays mediating roles between initial resource endowments and available resources. Abundant resource has inverse-U shaped relationship with resource competence boundary by industry-spanning search, while resource structure consisting largely of absorbed resource promotes the expansion of resource power boundary by decentralized decision.

1152 Research on the Impact of Compulsory Citizenship Behavior on High Performer’s Creativity
MA Jun,MA Lanming,REN Ru
Based on the self-determination theory, this study analyzes 306 paired samples and constructs an analytical framework of “Better men have more prison” from the perspectives of organization, leader, colleague, and self, to reveal its internal mechanism. The results show that: with the improvement of performance, high performers undertake more CCB; CCB has a suppressing effect between high performance and creativity, which leads to the decrease in creativity of high performers. LMXSC strengthens the suppressing effect of CCB. The research reveals that high performance can be either a “glory” or a “curse”, and the creativity of high performers can be jeopardized through the CCB pathway.

1163 The Double Effect of Positive Followership Characteristics on Followers’ Work Stress
ZHU Zhenbing,WANG Yuhan,XU Sheng
Drawing on “reversing the lens” approach of followership and conservation of resources(COR) theory, and through a time-lagged questionnaire survey on a sample of leader-follower dyads, this study explores the double edged sword effect of positive followership characteristics(PFC) on followers’ work stress. The result shows that: ①PFC is positively related to leader support, which in turn reduces work stress experienced by followers; ②PFC also heightens overload imposed by supervisors, thus increasing work stress experienced by followers; ③self-serving leadership negatively moderates the positive relationship between PFC and leader support, and positively moderates the relationship between PFC and overload imposed by supervisors; ④when self-serving leadership is higher, the negative mediating effect of leader support is attenuated, and the positive mediating effect of overload imposed by supervisors is enhanced.

1173 Influence of New Generation Employees’ Overqualification on Safety Performance in Manufacturing Enterprise
DING Tianwei,YANG Jiaoping,ZHANG Jun
Based on 414 valid questionnaires from 96 manufacturing enterprises, this study empirically investigates how perceived overqualification of new generation employees affects their safety performance by using the structural equation model. The reasons for the low safety performance of new generation employees from perceived overqualification perspective are interpreted via the resource conservation theory. And organizational cynicism and mental wandering are used as mediatorsto analyze its internal mechanism. The results show that the perceived overqualification of new generation employees has a significant negative impact on safety performance. Organizational cynicism and mental wandering can partly explain the impact mechanism of the perceived overqualification of new generation employees on safety performance, and the two variables have the chain mediating effect.

1184 Research on the Dynamic Regulation Effect of Heterogeneous Environmental Regulations on OFDI’s Reverse Green Innovation
HAN Xianfeng,SONG Wenfei
Based on the three-dimensional perspective of mandatory, voluntary and economic environmental regulations, this study uses China’s inter-provincial panel data and threshold measurement technology to empirically discuss the heterogeneous dynamic impact of OFDI on domestic green innovation. The results show that OFDI’s reverse green innovation has a significant heterogeneous environmental regulation threshold effect, which is manifested as a U-shaped evolution rule under the regulation of command-type environmental regulation, and it has N-type dynamic characteristics under the constraints of voluntary and economic environmental regulation. Only the implementation of higher-intensity mandatory and voluntary environmental regulations and maintaining moderate economic environmental regulations, will it be most conducive to the release of OFDI’s reverse green innovation spillovers, and this dynamic evolution feature has significant spatial differences. At the present stage, all three environmental regulatory tools have played a positive regulatory effect in driving the OFDI’s reverse green innovation process, and have shown two distinct characteristics. From the perspective of tool differences, the mandatory environmental regulation is the best, the economic environmental regulation is the second, and the voluntary environmental regulation is the worst. From the perspective of regional differences most obvious in the central region, followed by the western region, and the weakest in the eastern region.

1195 The Impact of Executive Innovation Attention and Interlocking Relationship on Innovation Investment Behavior from the Perspective of Peer Effect
SONG Guangrui,MA Chun’ai,XIAO Rong
Based on the perspective of peer effect, this study combines corporate innovation investment behavior with executive innovation attention and interlocking relationship, and explores the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the interactive relationship of innovation investment behavior among enterprises. Taking 2015~2019 A-share R&D active listed companies as samples, this study constructs multiple regression models, and finds that peer effect exists in the innovation investment behavior among enterprises in the same industry and executive innovation attention plays an intermediary role in the peer effect of innovation investment behavior. Interlocking directors and shareholders can promote the interaction and driving of innovation investment behavior among peer enterprises by positively adjusting the front and back paths of the mediating role of executive innovation attention.

1204 A Study on the Interaction among Personal Relationship, Inter-Firm Relationship Dissolution and Resumption of Border Personnel
SHOU Zhigang,GONG Yu,WEI Fangping
This study first explores the dynamic changes of personal relationship of border personnel in the industrial market when the firm relationship dissolution. After that, the study adopts fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis and conjoint analysis, respectively, to examine the configurational effects and priority ranking of the three elements of personal relationship, inter-firm dependence and market uncertainty on firm relationship resumption. Based on the questionnaire from 17 industries, the study finds that, first of all, the damage of dysfunctional dissolution to personal relationship is more than that of functional dissolution, but prior personal relationship before firm dissolution can attenuate the negative effect of dysfunctional dissolution. What’s more, five configurations and three configurations among personal relationship, dependence and market uncertainty, respectively, could promote and impede firm relationship resumption. Finally, in terms of the influence on firm relationship resumption, firm dependence is more dominant than personal relationship, and personal relationship is more important than market uncertainty.

1213 Research on Online Retail Promotion Strategy Considering the Long-Term Effect of Promotion
ZHANG Hua,LI Li,HE Xiang,ZHU Xingzhen,HU Jiao
For the online retail promotion problem, a two-period game model of platform and retailer is established by considering the long-term effect of promotion. The results show that, when there is no long-term effect of promotion, the retailer raises the price at promotion and restores the price to the level of the normal selling period price later at the end of the promotion, the platform only makes more profits at promotion. If the long-term effect of promotion is negative, the retailer raises the price at promotion and sets a lower price later at the end of the promotion, the profit of the platform increases during the promotion period but decreases later in the end. When the long-term effect of the promotion is positive, the retailer raises (reduces) the price at promotion if the consumers’ sensitivity to the platform cash coupons is higher (lower) than a certain threshold, and the retailer raises the price at the end of the promotion. Meanwhile, when the long-term effect of promotion is positive and higher than a certain threshold, the platform provides higher cash coupons to sacrifice sales profit for more profits at the end of the promotion period. On the contrary, the platform profits of two period increase.

1223 Poverty Alleviation through E-Commerce and Financing Mode Selection in the Supply Chain
PU Xujin,WANG Yimiao,XU Lei
For two typical supply chain financing modes for poverty alleviation through “bank financing” and “e-commerce financing”, this study constructs a game model for poverty alleviation supply chain, analyzes the operation mechanism of different financing modes, and proposes the preference conditions of farmers and e-commerce for different financing modes. The analysis results reveal that when there is a large difference between the expected interest rate of the bank and e-commerce, and the farmer’s degree of risk-averse is relatively high, farmers and e-commerce can realize a win-win situation only through the “e-commerce financing” mode, at this time, the e-commerce should provide financing services. And when the farmer’s degree of risk-averse is relatively low, farmers and e-commerce can realize a win-win situation only through the “bank financing” mode. When there is a little difference between the expected interest rate of the bank and e-commerce, farmers and e-commerce can realize a win-win situation through the “e-commerce financing” mode. What’s more, farmers are more likely to choose the “bank financing” mode to realize a win-win situation with the increased social responsibility of the e-commerce.

1240 Research on Two Stage Pricing Strategy of Competitive Manufacturers Considering Negative Reviews Sensitivity and Response
ZHOU Yu,WANG Daoping,DONG Hanxi
Considering two competitive manufacturers of experiential products sold in two stages and analyzing the impact of consumers’ comments in first stage on consumers’ product expectation valuation and product market demand in second stage. Then, a two-stage pricing decision-making model is constructed in the case of neither manufacturer responds to negative reviews,a single manufacturer responds to negative reviews and both manufacturers respond to negative reviews. The effects of product quality difference and product mismatch on manufacturers’ decision-making results and benefits in different situations are solved and discussed. The results show that: when the quality of the manufacturer’s products is lower than that of the competitors, the effort level of the response is higher in the case of a single response to the negative reviews than in the case of both manufacturers respond to the negative reviews. When the negative reviews sensitivity is too low, it is bad for manufacturers of high-quality products. When the negative response cost coefficient is controlled within a certain range, the manufacturer with higher product quality in the both-response scenario can obtain a higher profit advantage than competitor compared to the no-response scenario.
