789 Evolution of Private Enterprise Business Philosophy from the Perspective of Imprint: A Longitudinal Case Study Based on Dahan Group
YAN Aimin, SUN Yicong,LIU Jingling,LI Xiaojuan,ZHU Yueqin
Through a longitudinal case study, this study analyzes the early experience of Fu Shenglong, founder of Dahan Group, from the perspective of interaction between individual and environment based on imprinting theory, and analyzes the internal reasons and evolution mechanism of the formation of the three-stage business philosophy of Dahan Group by exploring the influence of the imprint source of individual past experience on the shaping of individual cognitive framework. The results show that imprint will shape the individual’s cognitive framework, and then limit the scope of attention. Therefore, the formation of Dahan Group’s business philosophy is closely related to the personal imprint left by its founder’s past experience. The iteration of business philosophy is also the result of the constant change of the dominant imprint under the dynamic adjustment of the environment. As the dominant imprint has experienced a development process from shallow to deep, from outside to inside, the business philosophy has gradually evolved from “survival-oriented” to “spiritual-oriented”.

801 The Mechanism and Evolution of Value Creation in Platform Enterprises: A Case Study
SUN Xinbo,MA Huimin,HE Jiandu,ZHANG Qingqiang
Based on the complex adaptive systems theory, this study follows the logic of “changing context-adaptive behavior-complex outcome” and adopts the exploratory single case study method. The result finds that the value creation of platform enterprise is essentially driven by different situational factors, through the coordinated unification of a series of adaptive behavior, including the platform of the resource base, network advantage, and empowerment mechanism. Thus, it realizes the complexity of constant transition using inter-adaptability. And it goes through product value creation and brand value creation to ecological value creation, which is a dynamic process of upward spiral evolution. Furthermore, the theoretical model of the mechanism and evolution of value creation of the platform enterprises has been constructed.

811 Constructing Chinese Characteristic Management Theory System: Necessity, Feasibility and Thoughts
DU Yunzhou,SUN Ning
Based on management discipline characteristics, the development venation, and realistic opportunity of Chinese management, this paper explores the necessity of constructing management theory system with Chinese characteristics. It analyzes the reasons for the existence of characteristics in management theory system from three aspects: the trajectory of different philosophical schools, the scope of theories and the uniqueness of social science from the perspective of philosophy of science. Based on the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western management practices, this paper puts forward the basic idea of building a management theory system with Chinese characteristics as follows: researchers should not only “speak out” the story in China, simply face the local context, and construct the management theory with Chinese characteristics, but also make the theory “go out”, grasp the dialectical unity between particularity and universality, and thus contribute management knowledge to the world. Meanwhile, we also need to build a pyramid system of management knowledge by consolidating the philosophical and methodological foundation, building an academic community of management with Chinese characteristics, and optimizing the academic evaluation mechanism, so as to create a good academic ecological environment for the formation and development of original management knowledge.

821 The Conflict and Cooperation Between Managerialism and Professionalism in Crisis Governance from the Perspective of Interdependence Theory
LIU Shanshi,WANG Pengcheng,PEI Jialiang,FENG Jingming,QIU Weiming
This study aims to explore the conflict and cooperation between managerialism and professionalism through the comparison of 4 typical countries in responding to the COVID-19 crisis events. The results indicate that the collaborative model of managerialism and professionalism works best when dealing with crisis events,. The cooperation between managerialism and professionalism includes two key processes: the exertion of professional effectiveness and the adjustment of management logic. Professional effectiveness requires professional autonomy to a certain extent and depends on a good professional autonomy atmosphere and resource support. Governments need to transform the traditional logic, which is based on the historical experience of similar events, to evidence-based decision-making logic. Managerialism and professionalism influence and depend on each other. The degree of authorization and public pressure will affect their relationship. The establishment of mutual trust between managerialism and professionalism is the basis of a cooperative relationship. The goal of strengthening the consistency of the social contract relationships with the public can stimulate the motivation of cooperation between the subjects. Clarities of rights and responsibilities are the process assurance of their cooperative relationship.

832 The Impact of Media Attention and Managerial Overconfidence on Earnings Management
WANG Fusheng,WANG Ye,LIU Shiyu
This article investigates the effects of managerial overconfidence and media attention on earnings management using the A-share listed companies in China as samples. Meanwhile, this study investigates earnings management patterns on the media attention encountered among overconfident managers. The results of the study demonstrate that the media attention forces companies to improve earnings management due to market pressure and managerial overconfidence contributes to the confidence of the company, improving earnings management. However, there is an antagonistic interaction between the two factors when both media attention and managerial overconfidence are applied to earnings management. On the one hand, managerial overconfidence relieves external pressures imposed on the company caused by media attention and thus restrains the functionality of promoting earnings management with media attention. On the other hand, the external market pressure forces overconfident managers to constrict their actions in earnings management.

841 Research on the Impact of Board Status Faultline on Enterprise Strategic Change
CAO Xiaofang,ZHANG Yulin,LIU Xuexin,LYU Bo
Based on the faultline theory, subgroup theory and status hierarchy theory, we explored the impact of board status faultline on enterprise strategic change. Our study used the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen and found that the board status faultline has a positive effect on the company strategic change. Further research found that the board ability promotes the status identification among subgroups and enhances the positive influence of the board status faultline. Second, political embedding strengthens the status gap between subgroups, helps the formation of status hierarchy and the integration of internal resources, and enhances the positive impact of the board status faultline on strategic change. Third, combined with company’s external governance mechanism, compared with high marketization regions, the board status faultline has a more significant influence on the strategic change in low marketization regions. Fourth, compared with non-state-owned enterprises, the board status of state-owned enterprises has a more significant governance effect. Last, compared with the Southern China, the concept of status hierarchy in the Northern China is stronger, and the governance effect of board status faultline is more obvious.

851 The Mechanism of Craftsmanship on Employees’ Proactive Behavior
GAO Zhonghua
Drawing upon regulatory focus theory, this study explores the impact mechanism that links craftsmanship to employees’ proactive behavior, and further reveals the activating effect of transformational leadership on this mechanism. A hierarchical linear model has been built based on the two-stage data collected from 71 supervisors and 342 subordinates. It is found that craftsmanship has a positive effect on proactive behavior, and promotion focus mediates the relationship between craftsmanship and proactive behavior. Transformational leadership moderates not only the positive effect of craftsmanship on promotion focus but also the mediating mechanism between craftsmanship and proactive behavior.

861 A Study of the Nonlinear Influence Mechanism between Empowering Leader Behaviors and Employee Personal Initiative
SONG Kuntai,ZHANg Shan,DU Pengcheng
Based on affective events theory and through 375 valid leader-subordinate paired questionnaires, this study examined the influence of empowering leader behaviors on employee personal initiative and the mediation role of employee hostility as well as the moderation role of employees’ perception of time pressure by using Bootstrap analysis and Monte Carlo simulation. Results suggested that there was no direct relation between empowering leader behaviors and employee personal initiative, but an inverted U-shaped indirect relation between empowering leader behaviors and employee personal initiative via employee hostility. Employees’ perception of time pressure had a significant moderating effect on the U-shaped relation between empowering leader behaviors and employee hostility, namely moderates the mediation role of employee hostility. Specifically, the U-shaped empowering leader behaviors-employee hostility relation and the inverted U-shaped mediation role of employee hostility for employees who perceived higher time pressure were less significant, vice versa. In addition, the above conclusions were confirmed by fsQCA.

873 Research on the Impact of Collective Moral Ownership on Employees’ Taking Charge Behavior
LIU Xuemei,YU Weiwei,HE Yujing
Based on the social information processing model, combined with the data analysis of 329 matched valid questionnaires from 65 teams in two periods, this paper studies the influence mechanism of the interaction between collective moral ownership and individual reputation maintenance concern on employees’ taking charge behavior. The results show that collective moral ownership has a significant positive impact on employees’ taking charge behavior; Felt obligation plays an intermediary role between collective moral ownership and employees’ taking charge behavior; Reputation maintenance concern has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between felt obligation and taking charge behavior, that is, the higher the degree of reputation maintenance concern, the weaker the positive effect of felt obligation on taking charge behavior, and the effect is stronger when reputation maintenance concern is lower.

883 The Mechanism of the relationship between the Formation of Entrepreneurial Reflection and the Routine Renewal
MA Hongjia,ZHANG Bihong,GUO Shuaichen
By integrating and analyzing the literature, the concept of entrepreneurial reflection is put forward from the perspective of entrepreneurship, and the formation process of entrepreneurial reflection is constructed, which is divided into three stages of questioning, interaction and formation. On this basis, the mechanism between entrepreneurial reflection and two types of routine renewal is explained respectively. The results show that the top-down entrepreneurial reflection in the enterprise may have a stronger role in promoting the radical renewal of routines. The allies who support change in the elite layer first question the original routines, and then interact with the non-elite layer, and finally form a sharing understanding to realize the radical change in the enterprise routines. The bottom-up entrepreneurial reflection may have a stronger role in promoting the gradual renewal of routines, which is mainly through the non-elite layer of the enterprise first questioning the original routines, and then interacting with the elite layer, and finally forming a sharing understanding to promote the gradual renewal of corporate routines.

892 Environmental Regulation-Empirical Study on the Relationship between Green Innovation and Environmental Pollution
GUO Lingjun,LIU Yanran,LIU Guangfu
By using spatial metrology and panel threshold model, this study focuses on the relationship between green innovation, environmental regulation and environmental pollution, studies the potential threshold effect of regulatory effect of environmental regulation, and provides insight into the differences of regional governance. The research conclusion shows that: Firstly, green Innovation and environmental regulation are the key factors of environmental pollution governance in China’s provinces and cities; and there exist the dual effects of direct inhibition and inhibition spillover. Besides, environmental regulation strengthens the dual effects of direct inhibition and spillover inhibition of green innovation on regional environmental pollution, but this regulatory effect has a single threshold effect. Further heterogeneity research shows that the main factors of environmental governance in China’s coastal provinces and cities refer to green innovation, gradually weakening the administrative mode based on environmental regulation, and adopting the environmental governance mode combined with market. However, the central and western inland provinces are subject to the industrial structure and the level of science and technology, the environmental governance still depends on the administrative government.

901 Qualitative Research on Open Source Software Projects’ Knowledge Sharing Model Based on Grounded Theory
CHEN Xiaohong,ZHOU Yuan
Based on motivation theory and social network theory, this study starts from the phenomenon of knowledge sharing among members in open source software projects, applies grounded theory, and specifically adopts the methods of participatory observation, structured interview, archives, and literature research, a conceptual model of knowledge sharing mechanism among members in open source software projects is constructed. This study puts forward a theoretical model of “supply push-demand pull” among members. It holds that developers and users are the two main subjects of members’ contributions to open source software projects. Participative motivation, social network, and cultural identity as the developer’s supply side, and user innovation acts as the demand side, jointly affecting the intermediate variable of knowledge sharing and then affecting the project performance of open source software.

910 The Influence of Digital Technology Application on Enterprise Product Cost Advantage
ZHOU Zhou,WU Xintong
Based on the manually sorted financial report data of listed companies, this study constructs the variable of digital technology application degree of China’s A-share manufacturing listed enterprises from 2009 to 2018 to empirically test the impact of enterprise digital technology application on product cost advantage. The research shows that the application of enterprise digital technology has a significant positive effect on product cost advantage, and innovation intensity, governance level and human capital play a partial intermediary effect between them. At the same time, the relationship between enterprise digital technology application and product cost advantage is also affected by the nature of enterprise property rights, enterprise scale and regional marketization level. The extensive analysis also finds that the excessive application of enterprise digital technology will increase various costs in the process of production and operation, and may lead to the loss of product cost advantage.

919 Equilibrium Strategies of RFID Adoption with Different Channel Advantages
WANG Shanshan,FAN Xiaojun,GUO Xin
Considering the problem of inventory misplacement, this study explores the dual-channel supply chain’s equilibrium strategies of RFID adoption with different channel status, and the impact of channel status on equilibrium outcomes. The results show that: Firstly, when the competition between two channels is mild, channel status has no effect on the RFID adoption strategy, which is that AA/NN is an equilibrium outcome when the RFID cost is sufficiently low/large, and only the channel with more serious misplacement adopts RFID when the RFID cost is intermediate. Secondly, the channel status will influence the RFID adoption strategy if the channel competition is fierce and the RFID cost is low. In this case, the direct channel prefers to no-RFID adoption, and the tendency will be significant with the increase of misplacement rate. Finally, equal channel status is more conducive to the RFID adoption in the dual-channel supply chain.

928 Contract Design to Incentive Supplier Innovation under Dual-Credit Policy
LIU Cong,LIU Jie,SHAO Lulu,ZHENG Yanfang
Considering the impact of the factors such as consumer’ s technology preference, point transaction price and technological innovation cost on the innovation behavior of supply chain members, the influence of cost-sharing contract and revenue-sharing contract on innovation level and supply chain member’ s profit is discussed respectively. The study found that the proportion of cost-sharing and the proportion of revenue-sharing increased with the increase of the point transaction price, and the level of supplier innovation increased with the increase of the point transaction price, while the sale price of new energy vehicles (NEV) decreased with the increase of the transaction price of the points. When the cost of innovation is within a certain range, the manufacturer will choose the cost-sharing contract, and when the cost of innovation is high, although both the cost-sharing contract and the revenue-sharing contract can achieve Pareto improvement, the level of supplier innovation and the profit of supply chain members under the revenue -sharing contract are both better.
