475 Change of Matching Mechanism of Product-Supply Chain Supported by Information Technology——Case Study in the Context of Private Brand Retailing
XIE Lijuan,MAO Jiye
Through the case study in the context of private brand retailing, this study discusses how information technology can break through the traditional matching mode between products and supply chain strategies. Compared to the classic matching framework which shows that only efficient supply chains for functional products and responsive supply chains for innovative products are effective matching strategies, we propose a new mechanism for innovative products to match the supply chain with both response and efficiency characteristics. We find that under the specific conditions supported by information technology, the Internet is beneficial to continuously improve the responsive characteristics of the supply chain. And this effect can be strengthened by the development and establishment of information systems. At the same time, the superposition of the heterogeneous functions of information systems and the Internet jointly improves the efficient and responsive characteristics of the supply chain, and further helps to build responsive and efficient supply chains of innovative products.

WU Xintong,CHEN Jin,MEI Liang,HOU Jia
Based on the case study of Kuaishou, this study puts forward an integrated framework of inclusive mechanism in BoP market for internet platform enterprises. It is found that the relationship between BoP market and inclusive market requires the conditions, connecting carriers and inclusive mechanism. Firstly, satisfying social needs, ensuring economic sustainability and connecting technologies for equal flow are the conditions of market inclusion. Secondly, P2P connection architecture is divided into three stages: connection creation, aggregation and institutionalization, which are the connection carriers of market inclusion. Thirdly, the integration, selection and implementation of the balance between universal connection and value balance are important mechanisms for BoP market to make commercial and social values, and then realize market inclusion.

502 A Study on the Influence of Performance Expectation Gap on the Entry Mode of Cross-Border M&A of Chinese Firms
WU Xiaojie,CHEN Xiaomei,WANG Xiuqiong,WANG Xueli
Based on performance feedback theory and institutional theory, 355 firms listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges A-share that conducted cross-border M&A in 2016-2018 are used to explore the effects of historical performance expectation gap and industry performance expectation gap on the entry mode of cross-border M&A of Chinese firms and further test the moderating effect of institutional differences. The findings show that,(i)The larger the performance expectation gap, the more Chinese firms tend to adopt the wholly-owned M&A entry mode to enter overseas markets;(ii)Institutional differences have a negative moderating effect on the positive relationship between performance expectation gap and firms’ choice of the sole proprietorship entry mode of cross-border M&A.

521 Influence of Employee-Supervisor Boundary Segmentation Preference Fit on Employees’ Innovative Behavior
FU Jingyao,ZHANG Lanxia,ZHAO Jianhao,QIAN Jinhua
According to person-environment fit theory, based on the two-point paired questionnaires, this study researched the influence of employee-supervisor boundary segmentation preference fit on employees’ innovative behavior. The results of polynomial regressions, response surface methodology and block variable analysis supported the hypothesis about congruence and incongruence effects. Further, congruence effects were found wherein employees had higher job autonomy and stronger innovative behavior when employees and supervisors both had low boundary segmentation preference rather than high boundary segmentation preference. Meanwhile, asymmetrical incongruence effects were found wherein employees had lower job autonomy and poorer innovative behavior when employees had high boundary segmentation preference and supervisors had low boundary segmentation preference compared with employees had low boundary segmentation preference and supervisors had high boundary segmentation preference. Moreover, employees’ job autonomy partially mediated the relationship between employee-supervisor boundary segmentation preference fit and employees’ innovative behavior.

531 The Mechanism of Individualism Tendency on Employees’ In-Role Behavior
TU Xingyong,ZHANG Yiping,WANG Yi
Based on the theory of intrinsic motivation, a moderated mediating effect model was constructed, and the results of questionnaire data analysis at two time points were used to explain the internal mechanism and conditions of the effect of individualism tendency on employees’ in-role behavior. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between individualism tendency and employees’ in-role behavior, and profit-driven knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in it. Self-leadership moderates the relationship between profit-driven knowledge sharing and employees’ in-role behavior and positively moderates the indirect effect of individualism tendency on employees’ in-role behavior through profit-driven knowledge sharing further.

539 Impact of Submission Strategy on Solvers’ Innovation Performance in Crowdsourcing Contests
BI Gongbing,DING Miaomiao,XU Yang,MA Wenqi
Based on the theory of primacy effect and decency effect, the study defines the submission strategy from two dimensions of submission advance and submission order for the first time, and logistic regression model is established to analyze the participation data of 47 834 pieces of solvers’ data through epwk.com. The study finds that: the submission advance and submission order both have significant negative impact on the innovation performance of the solvers. However, the task cycle and the number of projects strengthen the effect of submission advance, and soften the effect of submission order; the number of winning bids only strengthen the impact of submission order, and has no significant effect on the impact of submission advance. After a series of robustness tests, the conclusions of this study show strong robustness.

557 The Impact of Media Coverage on Green Technology Innovation of High-Polluting Enterprises
ZHANG Yuming,XING Chao,ZHANG Yu
Based on the stakeholder theory and ecological modernization theory, this study presents an empirical analysis by using data from the listed high-polluting enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2012 to 2018. The results show that media coverage, which is measured by negative environmental reports, can significantly improve the green technology innovation performance of high-polluting enterprises, implying the effect of “strengthen” rather than “straiten”. However, this effect can be mitigated by several factors, that is, too strict environmental regulation in macro aspect, too fierce market competition in meso aspect, and too loose internal control in micro aspect will reduce the positive impact of media coverage.

578 Retailer’s Optimal Ordering Policy with Product Quality Differentiation
JIN Liang, XU Lu,XIONG Jing,WU Yingjia
Considering consumers’ heterogeneous preference for quality differentiated products, this paper establishes the utility function of consumers’purchase of quality differentiated products. And two types of models, which are the single sourcing and the dual-sourcing supply chain game models, are constructed in this paper. Moreover, the impacts of price dominance and product differentiation competition on the supply chain equilibrium. The results show that the dual-sourcing strategy is the best choice of the retailer, and the retailer’s price dominance will reduce its motivation to choose the dual-sourcing strategy, while product differentiation competition will encourage the retailer to choose the dual-source purchasing strategy. The dual-sourcing strategy will lead to the intensification of price competition between high and low quality products, and decrease the profit of upstream manufacturers with increasing the profit of the supply chain.

587 The Impacts of Retailer’s Risk Aversion on Decision Strategies of Dual Recycling Channel Closed-Loop Supply Chains
ZHANG Yuhao,ZHANG Tao
The present study develops three dual-recycling channel models based on considering retailer’s risk aversion in dual-recycling channel closed-loop supply chains (CLSCs) which are led by manufacturers. The Stackelberg game theory is employed and a numerical experiment is conducted to verify the conclusions and for further discussion. The results are proposed as follows: ①The manufacturer can benefit from the retailer’s risk aversion behavior, while the retailer will endure some expected utilities loss. Besides, the retailer’s risk aversion will exert greatly different impacts on the third-party’s optimal expected utilities under different models. ②Regardless of the retailer’s risk aversion degree, both manufacturer and retailer can capture the largest expected utilities and return rates when both of them carry on recycling activities. ③The collection rate is the highest with manufacturer-third-party dual-recycling channel model when the retailer has strong risk aversion attitude. ④The optimal buyback price is greatly affected by the retailer’s risk aversion.

597 The Impact of Online Social Support on Chronic Diseases Patients’Continuance Intention in Quantified Self
FAN Jun,WU Liping
Integrating quantified self-activity into the social media scene is an effective way to strengthen consumers’ continuance intention in quantified self. Based on the theories of social support and CAPS, this paper constructs a relationship model between online social support and patients’ continuance intention in quantified self in a community of patients with chronic diseases. A sample of 326 chronic disease patients is empirically analyzed. The results show that the platform’s (community operator) information and emotional support has a significant positive effect on patients’ continuance intention in quantified self. The emotional support of members (other patients in the community) has a significant positive effect on patients’ continuance intention in quantified self. Self-efficacy and emotional commitment play a mediating role in the positive relationship between platform support, member emotional support, and patients’ continuance intention in quantified self.

604 CEO Inside Debt Incentive and Risk-Taking under Business Cyclical Fluctuation
ZHAO Zhiming,YUAN Qiuyi,ZHOU Lijuan
In this study, we consider the uncertainty of the macroeconomic cycle, the inside debt incentive and risk taking of CEO. Assuming that managers hold inside debt incentive, write-down contingent convertible bonds, this study analyzes the impact of this new compensation incentive on the risk taking motivation of the management and agency cost of the company. In this study, the closed-form solutions of bank securities value and managers’ compensation are obtained by applying the principles of stochastic control and dynamic programming. The analysis shows that inside debt incentive has obvious advantages over traditional compensation in restraining managers’ risk-taking motivation and reducing principal-agent costs. Especially in the economic recession, reasonable adjustment of the proportion of CEO’s inside debt holdings can completely eliminate managers’ risk-taking motivation and make managers more cautious and pay attention to the long-term interests of Banks.

614 Research on the Impact of High-Speed Railway Opening on the Pricing Efficiency of Capital Market
GUO Zhaorui,ZHANG Tianshu
To investigate the influence of the spatiotemporal compression of the opening of high-speed railway son the pricing efficiency of China’s capital market based on the stock price synchronicity perspective, this study carries out empirical research according to A shares of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange of China. The result shows that more information about the firm level is known by investors, which makes the stock price incorporate more characteristic information of the firm level after the opening of high-speed railways. Thus lower stock price synchronicity is showing and the efficiency of capital market pricing has been improved. Investor investigations, media coverage and followed analysts are the paths of high-speed railways affecting the efficiency of capital market pricing according to analysis of mediator variables.
