Innovation environment including mutual trust degree, public product construction and the construction of virtual organization can influence enterprise knowledge innovation system within industrial clusters. This article simulates the process of enterprise knowledge innovation system in industrial clusters by means of Cellular Automata model. The results show that the high degree of mutual trust between enterprises within clusters, better condition of public products and building virtual organization can increase the amount of innovation enterprise within a cluster and hence help to build up enterprise knowledge innovation system within industrial clusters.
