Abstract Under certain condition, different evaluation groups have certain connection and the nodes and links corresponding with the experts and their relations. We discuss the problem of the network of star, cycle and complete structure with equilibrium and the method of group information aggregation. The panel data from node data, and the panel density weighted averaging (PDWA) operator and the panel density geometry averaging (PDWGA) operator are developed. Moreover, the method regarding how to divide the panel data is given for group evaluation.
