This paper analyzes the mechanism of managerial cognition representation influencing organizational decisionmaking in the context of organizational complexity, and extracts three important factors, such as representation intensity, representation bias and experience richness. Then the paper makes a simulation based on NK model. The result shows that, managerial cognition representation can efficiently improve the quality of decisionmaking in the context of complexity, and build the mechanism model of representation intensity, representation bias and experience richness influencing organizational decisionmaking.
