Based on the nature of management science as technological science，this paper reviews features of classic management research and its theoretical achievements. Then it constructs an assessment model named “problem pursuingtheory buildingbenefits contributing” （QTB）for evaluating the practiceorientation of management research achievements. Based on this model, it further set the corresponding index system for assessment.
