Abstract Based on LFCM (learn forget curve model), this paper studies the worker productivity in laborintense industry. By extending the original LFCM to multiperiod situation, this paper discusses the effects of skill training, longterm and shortterm employment on worker productivity. Besides, under the situation of temporary production stop, it invastigates how different human resource management policies influence worker productivity. The conclusions from this research may offer theoretical support and solutions for human resource management to maintain worker productivity.
