Abstract Under the Chinese context, this paper constructs an organizationallearningbased research model integrating absorptive capacity (ACAP) and organizational performance (OP). We obtain 221 effective samples through snowball sampling and testify the sample data with structural equation modeling (SEM), integrated model of ACAPOLOP being supported. The conclusion is that employee ability and employee motivation significantly affect knowledge acquisition, information distribution and interpretation and organizational memory, knowledge acquisition, information distribution and interpretation and organizational memory then significantly affect financial performance and innovation performance.
