Performance Evaluation of University Student Affair: Taking the Student Affair Performance Evaluation System of HZD University as an Example

Abstract  

Taking the student affair performance evaluation system of HZD University as an example, this study analyzes the current situation and existing shortcomings of its student affair evaluation system, constructs the main frame of performance evaluation system in student affair, and evaluates the student affair in Hubei province reflecting on the Analytic Hierarchy Process using a balanced score card theory and questionnaires. Our results are of great theoretical and practical significance to improving the overall management of student affair in universities.
