The paper argues that the Wuli-Shili-Renli System Approach originated from practice and it should be returned to practice. The first four practical examples introduced in this paper lead us to consider all the three aspects, which are Wuli, Shili and Renli. It also designs the philosophical thoughts, main contents, procedure, basic principles and some available methods for Wuli-Shili-Renli System Approach. The paper also introduces some other examples done by the members of the team of the author and other scholars.
