Abstract Based on the psychological climate of security for domestic and international teams related literature, we found the theory and empirical situations of team psychological safety climate in Chinese culture can be even further excavated. Using both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this study determines four dimensions of the team psychological safety climate, and through scale development and evaluation scale in such processes, the study ultimately determines the Team Psychological Safety Climate Questionnaire in the context of Chinese culture, which provides a favorable basis for further research.
