This paper argues that the key point of indigenous study is the changing on intellectuals’ attitude and position. The most important thing is that the indigenous researchers must have sober self-cognitions to carry out a changeover from observer to the other or otherization. At the same time, this paper also has a discussion about the drawback and causation which affect this kind of changeover as well as how to do indigenous study from the perspectives of the other and otherization. This paper emphasizes on the success of Chinese Communist Party to incarnate the indigenous study with the attitude and position of the other and otherization. From the literature, we find out four dimensions of the capability of Chinese Communist Party as the logos of subsistence, the organizational structure, the organizational culture and the leadership mode. This paper discusses the effect of these four dimensions on the success of Chinese Communist Party, and draws some meaningful and valuable theoretical conclusions
