This paper takes the oil companies and the oil market characteristics into account and uses the gray multilevel analysis methods to carry on the evaluation of CNPC’S international competitiveness, analysis of its advantages, disadvantages and the causes. The result shows that CNPC has the competitive strength of resources scale and the reserve resources, but its profitability, operation and management capacity, market competitiveness and the international operation capacity need to be strengthened.
