An Empirical Research on Hotel Culture Congruence Status

Abstract  

The paper is aimed to investigate the status of organizational cultural congruence from bottom line employee’s perspectives. The paper takes an international hotel located in Chengdu as an example, gets the overall status through interviews and questionnaires, and concludes three subculture groups by primary component analysis and cluster analysis. The study increases the generality and stability of the statistics model by the means of Velicer’s Partial Correlation test, Horn’s Pallel procedure and PseudoF test.
