Abstract  

Cooperate reforce development is thought an adjustment process of the core competence in enterprises for the realization of their sustainable competence.An effective analysis,value chain analysis,was brought forward to reforce strategic frame concerning how enterprises cut short their business or asset scale initiatively.A case of implementing reforce growth strategy was empirically studied.
