Benefit-Evaluation of the Transformation of Qualified Personnel Resource into Qualified Personnel Capital

Abstract  

It is important that qualified personnel resource is transformed into qualified personnel capital for changing the mode of economic increase in our country. In this paper, the index system of the comprehensive benefit-evaluation for the transformation of qualified personnel resource into qualified personnel capital was proposed. According to the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a method of comprehensive benefit-evaluation was given for the transformation. The application of the method was also demonstrated.
