On the basis of fuzzy clustering and rough set, an algorithm for extracting fuzzy rules was proposed. In this algorithm there are three steps: (1) the given samples fuzzily are classified using fuzzy soft partition and the membership degree matrix is gotten; (2) rough set theory and the membership degree matrix are used to get the initial decision table and (3) the initial decision table is simplified and the rule set extracted. Finally, according to the algorithm, the fuzzy rules of the economic growth in our country was selected.
