Starting with Jan.2000,the project granted by NSFC(no.79970110),entitled Study on the Supervision Theory of Investment and Allocation in the Proceeds Use of Chinese Listed Companies was finished on Dec.2002. The proposal for the project, its research content and progress, especially its creative findings, were introduced. The academic value of application of the project and the academic exchange were also described.
