Summaries are the basic train of thought in the entitled 'the Buildup of Management Research in China: Its Fundamentals and Perspectives' and the classification of Chinese management schools. From the perspective of documentation retrieval, it is pointed out that knowledgeable tradition must be respected, the analysis be paid great attention to and the reasoning be emphasized through the analysis of many defects of the wording and expression in that paper. A way of thinking about how to establish the management with Chinese character is also given for further discussion.
