Owing to the diversified demand of the customers and the fast change of the competition environment, the time competition-based operational mode in supple chain is becoming an important research field in supply chain management. Based on the comparison of the push mode with the pull one used widely, the operational strategy mode combining the push mode with the pull one,which regards shortening multi-stage response time as the main purpose in supply chain, was presented, and the systematic framework of this operational strategy mode also given.
