The characteristics of technology innovation diffusion in industry cluster were analyzed, the reasons why industry cluster could promote the spread of technology innovation exposed, and the dynamics diffusion courses of technology innovation in industry cluster described. It was also analyzed how the change of parameters influences the technology innovation diffusion, to know industry cluster technology innovation diffusion and take the corresponding measure at different stages for firms.
