Synergy innovation is regarded as a process in which the relative innovative factors are organismly matched by complex non-linear interaction to realize the holistic synergy effect. Technical innovation audit is new management supposed recently. On the basis of literature, the theoretical model of synergy innovation management was given and the management tool of the audit and benchmarking applied to the empirical analysis of the enterprise technological innovation in China.
