By making use of queuing theory, the charging systems for a supermarket in Chengdu were studied and a model of optimizing the numbers of cashers given. It was proved that this optimizing model of the queuing is feasible and improve the efficiency and save the management cost. This management solution could be widely applied to the dynamic management of the charging system in Large supermarkets, hospitals and so on
