Abstract

A study of organizational learning models is a hot spot of research. This topic is being studied by scholars both at home and abroad from different perspectives.  A brief survey was carried out of some typical organizational learning models proposed by the scholars from four perspectives: ‘systematic ’, ‘technological processes’, ‘learning types’ and ‘socialization process’ perspectives respectively. While emphasizing their merits, the demerits of these models are pointed out, in hopes of putting forward some suggestions for future study.
