Abstract The mechanism of double auction can resolve preferably how to utilize the network resource effectively and reduce the network burden in the online auction.It's an important content to how to structure the bidding model and strategies of double auction.This paper chiefly constructs the Bayesian Nash equilibrium of incomplete information game in the online double auction from the point of experimental economics.Furthermore，this paper analyzes the characteristic and feasibility of the model by the computer simulation，which provides a feasible thought to utilizing the network resource effectively and improve the efficiency of online auction.
