Business Lobbying and Its Ethical Criteria in China

Abstract  

Business lobbying means that enterprises try persuade government officials to establish policies and legislations for reflecting business interests and requirements. Being not an evil inherently, business lobbying is responsible for the society.  From literature research,an analysis framework of the business lobbying was built,and  common methods and the hidden rules of lobbying were discussed through the depth interview with top managers. Aiming at the ethical issues from the interview,the criteria of business lobbying were analyzed.  Some feasible steps for standardizing business lobbying are also put forward.
