Reviewed were the establishment and implement of the project titled Study of Bank Loans Risk Management Decision Based on Integrating Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Expert System (ES) granted by NSFC. The characteristics, aims, achievements and innovations of the project were described. The academic significance and applications of the program and the activities of academic cooperation and exchange in this field were also explained.
