Starting with Jan. 2002, the project granted by National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of NSFC（70125002）, entitled Study and Developing of group intelligent decision support system generator in network environment was finished on Dec. 2005. The proposal for the project, its research content and progress, especially its creative findings, were introduced. The academic value of application of the project and the academic exchange were also described.
