r Group behaviors in enterprises were studied by qualitative simulation method, which could deal with imperfection knowledge or “deep” one. A model for group working process was considered.  Expert knowledge and its probability distribution were integrated to design the rules of the simulation. The results of the simulation were good agree with the reality.
