A model for knowledge-sharing relationship among networked enterprise clusters was proposed through social network analysis. After individual characters of the enterprises were abstracted, the dynamic characteristics of the relation evolution of knowledge-sharing among networked clusters of enterprises were examined; the phase transition equation of the knowledge-sharing among clustered enterprises were given and several factors affecting the evolutionary mechanism of knowledge-sharing were discussed.
