The Impact of Internal Social Capital on Knowledge Energy and Organizational Innovation

Abstract  

We examine the relationships among internal social capital, knowledge energy, organizational innovation and organizational performance in this paper. The sample of this study has 145 companies in south China. We proved that:Internal social capital has a distinct direct positive impact on knowledge energy;Internal social capital has a distinct direct positive impact on organizational innovation;knowledge energy has a distinct direct positive impact on performance by organizational innovations;Technical innovation has a distinct direct positive impact on administrative innovation;Administrative and technical innovation have a distinct direct positive impact on organizational performance.
