Integrated VMI model for S-F-R three-echelon supply chain is proposed, to which the existed single-echelon VMI model and its analysis approach are extended. In this circumstance, the short-term implementing effect of VMI integration was analyzed.  It was demonstrated that the core of VMI-based coalition game corresponding to S-F-R supply chain, as well as feasible profit allocation schemes that all sides would accept, is certain to exist.  Being stable for each participator, the VMI-based coalition  would not deviate individually from this coalition.
