The Effects of Individual Career Management and Commitment on Career Success |

Abstract The effects of individual career management and career commitment on career success were studied by using survey. Selected 315 valid data bases were analyzed. The results indicated that both individual career management and career commitment had significant effects on career success respectively after controlling the demographic variables. The results further show that individual career management partially mediates the relationship between career commitment and career success.
