Abstract  

There are some risks and uncertainties in online transactions. This makes online reputation management system been an increasingly important role, online reputation management system is a means to obtain information in the past transactions from network to judge the quality of products and information tools. The article introduced the content of management system and the prevailing problems, focusing on the credibility of the multidimensional dynamic management system designed to introduce the science of decisionmaking methods to determine the vector of the levy Victoria's weight.
