Abstract  

Knowledge-sharing, especially tacit knowledge-sharing plays a vital role in the evolution of corporate competitive advantages.The barrier to and the premium of tacit knowledge sharing were analyzed.From game theory,micromechanism for tacit knowledge-sharing was explores and its utility was discussed via a case.Mechanism of tacit knowledge-sharing for corporate was also designed.
