Abstract The breakthrough of company performance bottleneck is seriously restricted because the success rate of cross-selling in CRM system is inferior, and the sparse user-item matrix makes collaborative filtering work not well. Combined with collaborative filtering and cross-selling, CRM data were used to mine the sale opportunity with high quality and to gain the more profits. Experimental results show that this type of the application is effective.
