Rural enterprises play an important role in the development of Chinese rural economics. After several stages of the development, our rural enterprises still face many difficulties. According to the different economic constituents and property rights, the rural enterprises can be divided into different categories, which lead to the different modes of governance in the rural enterprises.  The governance modes of the rural enterprises in China were discussed.   Governancemixed mode from Longman Group in Shanxi Province was explained, including the basic features, the causes, and the existing problems of the mode.  Summed up were some revelations from Longmen mode on how to build new rural areas, to construct the harmonious society and to develop rural enterprises in China.
