Abstract Revenue management technique was introduced into cyberspace rental. Summed up were five sorts of factors influencing suppliers' price strategies, including collocation of software and hardware, infrastructure building, service, the size of the space, the duration of rent and the progress in information technique. Their effects on the prices determined by suppliers were explained through concerned data. By combination of revenue management with the price design of products for renting on networks, the process of the design was introduced briefly. Aiming at the problems of the price design, several kinds of effective methods were outlined.
