Abstract Concerned conceptions, organizational political perceptions, psychological contract and cynicism, were analyzed and four hypotheses were given to investigate whether the cynical attitude of employee is affected by organizational political perception through mediated role in psychological contract violation. Taking 20 organizations as a sample, 566 valid questionnaires were collected. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were carried out to select the model and test the hypotheses. The results indicate that perceptions of organizational politics are related positively to the employee cynicism and the psychological contract violation partially play the mediated role.
