Abstract

Continuous evolution of eco-industrial networks (EIN) in the industrial zones can stimulate the sustainable development of the environment and economy.  The literature related to the evolutionary factors was overviewed.  The systematical openness, network flexibility, elementary balance and value increment were extracted using factor analysis, which are the key factors of Eco-industrial networks' evolutionary performance.   Countermeasures of facilitating the development of EIN are also proposed.
