The performance index and the factors influencing the performance of strategic alliances were studied.  The hypotheses are suggested to address how those factors influence the performance of strategic alliances and a research model is proposed, which defines the link between performance of medium and small-sized enterprises and the key influencing factors.  On the basis of the data form the questionnaires, surveys and interviews, the strategic alliance among medium and small-sized enterprises in our country was studied empirically by using Lisrel model to verify the proposed hypotheses.
