Abstract That Chinese school of management sciences goes toward the word was considered. The concept of this school and its characters were defined. Some problems existing in the ongoing journeys of the Chinese school of management sciences are put forward and the corresponding strategy is proposed. It is suggested that Chinese management scholars should search for common ground in management between the East and the West, and should go toward the world by making a comparison between their theories and some counterparts in the West. WSR theory in China and CmCvAwAs theory in the West were taken as an example to relate them to each other and find some similarities in the ground level of systems structure, which could be a fundamental common ground in management between the East and the West. The case of WSR parallel to CmCvAwAs should be a good reference for the Chinese school of management sciences.
