How to establish and develop the useful theories to Chinese firms is  a challenging problem faced by researchers.   Based on the analysis of the status quo of theory research in China, the integrative view of theorydeveloping is proposed by integrating the Chinese firm’s institution, transitional environment and culture with mainstream Western theories.   Some future researches are also pointed out.
