Abstract

It is the important channel to increase modern coal mining enterprises' sustainability to improve basic essence and capability of business management. Take Shaanxi Huangling x Coal Mining Industry Co., Ltd. an example, methods, process and strategy to increase basic essence and capability in coal mining companies were discussed.
