Analysis of Trans-Regional Entering Modes for Coal Enterprises in Chinese Eastern and Middle Regionals |

Abstract The coal enterprise's entering models of static and dynamic choices in our easter and middle regional were analyzed, combined with the enterprise strategic resources and the questionnaire. Results indicate that compared with own skill and technology, trans-regional coal enterprises attach importance to two resources of natural resources endowment, local government support and capital intensity; superiority of holding and solo proprietorship and experience of trans-regional coal enterprises dominate modes evolution, while soft resources of west mining right and supporting facilities construction of coal resources exploitation have weak influence on modes evolution.
