An evolution model of energy resource supply-demand network was constructed to describe the actual energy resource demand-supply in China.  The degree of energy resource supplies enterprise can represent its market share.  The simulation results indicate that the vertex degree of supplies enterprise approximately obeys the power-law. It is proved that this network has the characteristics of scale-free.  Some suggestions of energy resources supply-demand strategy are given.
